Gamma-Dynacare Medical Laboratories is currently searching for a Customer Service Representative to join our call centre team in London, Ontario.  This is a part-time 20 hours per week position, working 2:00pm to 6:00pm and 4:00pm to 8:00pm (4 hours/day 5 days per week as scheduled inlcuding Saturdays as assigned  Reporting to the Manager, Customer Service, this skilled individual is accountable for:Demonstrating Gamma-Dynacare’s core values with every customer interaction.  These values include being client and patient-focused, anticipating and exceeding expectations, acting with integrity and treating others with respect.  This is demonstrated as you respond to incoming calls and messages and determine the appropriate action to meet the customer’s needs or make outbound calls reporting results to clients.Accurately completing required data entry for orders placed via fax, telephone or email, ensuring patient confidentiality is respected while providing outstanding customer serviceCompleting various other departmental administrative tasks such as updating masterfiles, correcting requisition errors and updating patient demongraphicsThis role may be for you if your career background includes: Completion of secondary-school level educationExperience providing exceptional, professional customer service in a demanding and constantly changing,  time sensitive, call-centre environmentA demonstrated ability to remain calm and positive under pressure, anticipate and identify customer needs and make recommendations for improving the customer experienceFluency in English demonstrated in your ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders and adapt your communication style to best serve the customerDemonstrated ability to self-manage and collaborate in a team-oriented, call-centre environmentProficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) If this sounds like you, please introduce yourself.  The first step is to submit your information and complete the online questionnaire.  If we like what we see, we may contact you to learn even more.  Gamma-Dynacare has been a “Top Employer” for many years and there is a reason why.
